Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp. Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
- fresh basil leaves to taste, about a handful
- salt and pepper to taste
- prosciutto or bacon
- lettuce
- tomato
- cocktail bread, rye, wheat or white
Directions
Pour the mayonnaise along with the Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip into a food processor along with the basil, salt and pepper and puree together. Cut the bacon or the ham into quarters. Carefully arrange the lettuce and thin slices of cherry tomato on top of cured slices of bacon or prosciutto. Now spread the mayonnaise on bread and place folded prosciutto or bacon on top of bread. Can be served open face or with another slice on top.
