• 2 cups pre-packed gourmet pancake and waffle mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 4 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions
Start by beating the eggs and water together and blend finely. Add the Gourmet Mix and blend it in thoroughly, mixing it well. Pour in the melted butter and make sure to blend itt in carefully. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.Remove and serve with preferred sauces. Each pack would make about 6-8 waffles depending on the size of the waffle maker and the pack.
