Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped fresh
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. onion, grated
- 2 lbs. sausage, bulk, crumbled
- 1 jar Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put together the parsley, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion and the crumbled sausage in a bowl and mix it well. Spoon all of this into an 8 cup pan and drizzle it with 1/4 cup of Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce. Bake for 1 hour. Drain the drippings every 20 minutes or so while cooking. To serve, invert on the serving platter and pour 3/4 cup of warmed Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce over the top. Garnish with left over parsley and onions sparingly. Serves 10-12.
